Did you know that Toyota has Essential workers too? Not everyone had the ability to work from home. In fact, our field staff along with our North American Manufacturing Center, Vehicle Distribution Center, and Parts Distribution Center team members remained boots on the ground to build quality vehicles and resolve any customer issues quickly while moving them through the supply chain. While some of the work shifted a lot of innovation had to take place to ensure our field teams remained safe.
